Privacy Policy
Last updated: 3 July 2026
Casterly Holdings ("Casterly", "we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
Casterly Holdings is a private family office, incorporated in the British Virgin Islands. For any question about your privacy, contact us at build@casterlyholdings.com.
Because this website is available internationally, more than one data-protection law may apply depending on where you are. We aim to comply with the laws that apply to you and to honor your rights under them, including, where relevant, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, applicable United States state privacy laws, and the Saudi Arabia Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and other GCC laws.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. If you contact us through the "Start something" form, we collect the name, email address, company or project name, and message you provide. If you subscribe to updates, we collect your email address.
- Technical information. As with most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical data, such as IP address, browser type and time of visit, to keep the site secure and running.
- Cookies. We do not currently use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to continue a conversation with you.
- To send occasional updates, only if you have asked to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To maintain the security and proper functioning of the website.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the site, under confidentiality obligations:
- Formspree, which processes our contact-form and newsletter submissions.
- Netlify, which hosts the website.
International transfers
We and our service providers may process your personal information in countries other than your own, including outside the EEA, the UK, the US and the GCC (for example, our providers operate internationally). Where the law requires it, we put appropriate safeguards in place for these transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent mechanism.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only for as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law, and then delete it.
Your rights
We aim to honor the data-protection rights available to you under the law that applies where you live. In general, you may ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to its use, to receive a copy in a portable form, or to withdraw a consent you have given. To make a request, email build@casterlyholdings.com, and we will respond within the time your local law requires. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. We process your personal data under the EU GDPR or the UK GDPR, as applicable. Our lawful bases are your consent (for updates) and our legitimate interests (in responding to inquiries and keeping the site secure). You have the rights above and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).
If you are in the United States. Depending on your state (for example California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, to have it deleted or corrected, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information.
If you are in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC. We aim to handle your personal data in line with the Saudi Arabia Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and other applicable GCC laws, including your rights to be informed about, access, correct and delete your information.
We also process personal data consistently with the British Virgin Islands Data Protection Act, 2021, as our home jurisdiction.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmitting data over the internet is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
Children
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
